It is common to see pest activity after we treat your propertry. This is called the flushing effect. They might become more visible temporarily as they’re being affected by our solutions. That’s why we recommend to wait atleast 2-3 weeks after treatment to experience the full effect. However, if you still notice significant pest activity a few weeks after treatment, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to evaluate your situation and provide any necessary follow-up treatments.
Will I see dead pests after treatment?

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that sometimes changes are necessary. We will do our best to accommodate any changes or cancellations. We do not like to charge for cancellations so as a courtesy we ask for you to give us atleast 48 hours notice.

Are you insured?
Yes. We are insured by Rapid Solutions for General Liabiity for $20,000,000 and Professional Idemnity for $500,000.

What hours are you open?
Our regular business hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5.50 PM. However, please contact us for any specific inquiries about availability outside of these hours.
Do you offer emergency services?
We understand that some pest situations require urgent attention, especially for commercial properties. We strive to accommodate emergency requests as efficiently as possible. Please give us a call so we can assess your situation and do our best to address your needs promptly.
Are you open on weekends?
Although our standard operating hours are during the weekdays, we do schedule jobs on Saturdays from 7am to 5pm, hwoever our office is only open until 12pm. We may be able to arrange weekend appointments depending on technician availability and scheduling. Please contact us to inquire about weekend service options.
